Each cocktail is a result of study, experience, memories and suggestions, becoming a creation from which being inspired and intrigued. A new way of understanding the bar-tending, starting from Twist on Classic, Daniele employs its own kitchen processing techniques, a style that confirms the strong link between bar and kitchen, a synergy that materializes in each creation. A rich baggage of experience in Italy and abroad, from Cape Town to the best locals in Rome, as the Micca Club, to arrive in London, where he followed the project of The Hide Bar and Gastrovino & Bar8. Over twenty years in the hospitality world have allowed him to learn the secrets of this profession making him one of the most influential Italian bartender. Daniele Gentili boasts international recognition, ranking as a finalist of some of the most important cocktails competitions.
